Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for confirmed course seats when cancellation meets the timeframes below. Informational prices on the website are not charges; only invoiced amounts are eligible for refund consideration.

Timeframe for full refund

Cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date listed on your confirmation, and we will refund 100% of tuition paid for that seat, excluding non-refundable items listed below.

Partial refund

If you cancel between thirteen (13) and five (5) days before the start date, we refund 50% of tuition. Cancellations fewer than five days before start, or after the first live session begins, are not eligible for a tuition refund, except where required by mandatory law or where we cancel the cohort.

Non-refundable items

Third-party software licenses, travel, or exam fees you purchase separately are never refundable through Smart Neural AI. Custom Firm Desk discovery fees already delivered (workshops held or written deliverables sent) are non-refundable; unused future clinic hours under a Firm Desk agreement may be credited toward a later date within twelve months.

Refund process

Email info@smartneuralai.digital with your full name, invoice number, course name, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the refund amount under this policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to the account you designate if the original method is unavailable. Currency matches the invoice currency.

Cancellation by Smart Neural AI

If we cancel or reschedule a cohort and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra tuition.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill exceptions for documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service affecting the enrollee, evaluated case by case. Substituting a colleague from the same organization is allowed without fee if requested before the second live session.
